Worn Free

Launched in 2005, Worn Free is a T-Shirt label that has one mission: to reprint the original tee designs that were worn in the late 60s and early 70s by some of the coolest music artist around.

The label reproduces original tees famously worn by rock legends such as John Lennon, Joey Ramone, The Doors, Frank Zappa, Blondie’s Debbie Harry, Gram Parsons, Johnny Ramone and Joan Jett, among others.

Celebrating punk fury, hippie utopianism, psychedelic excess and art-pop whimsy, the Worn Free shirts express the spirit of rock and roll in all its forms.

The Tees have been worn by such names as Jennifer Aniston, Desperate Housewives’ Teri Hatcher, The O.C.’s Mischa Barton, new Superman Brandon Routh, Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Steve Jones, The Kaiser Chiefs, Sienna Miller, Keith Urban, Heather Graham and many others.

Vive Cool City

I really can’t explain this site as well as the site does, so here is what’s written about Vive Cool City over at their website.

VIVE COOL CITY is an on-line TV site that streams 2-3min original episodes 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Based out of Australia, we cover stories we wanna see but can’t find anywhere else, from music-fashion-party to getting smashed off Listerine, kidnapping in Mexico or incest in Tasmania.

VIVE COOL CITY is created by a collective of people ranging from teenage to the thirty-odd from all corners of the globe to provide our generation with non polictical or self indulgent bullshit, but rather content that gets us thinking and talking.

Sometimes funny, sometimes serious and sometimes ridiculous, VIVE COOL CITY will never seek to harm or offend but will always promise to entertain…enjoy people

Something worth noting though is that, while the site was just starting out and filming, they accidentally caught an actual shooting taking place. The video is over at the site, and while they cant say much about it - due to the laws of justice, it can be viewed here.
